CAREERwise Education is produced by the Workforce Development Department of Minnesota State and offers many resources including assessments, job search and goal setting.

FOCUS2 is a web-based major and career exploration tool that is available to all prospective and current MSUM students and alumni. It can help you:

The Holland Code Career Inventory
The Holland Code Career Inventory measures your interest level in six occupational areas to help you understand which jobs will suit your interests, talents and aptitude. It is based on psychologist John Holland’s RIASEC model of career choice. This inventory can be taken in person at the Career Development Center.
