Leadership and Innovation in Aging Studies is a field of study that integrates several disciplinary perspectives on human aging, and includes social work, nursing, healthcare leadership, long-term care administration, psychology, innovations in aging, and biology. This degree prepares you for careers in healthcare, human services, senior support services and elder care facilities, research, and government organizations.

The program is unique to the region. It’s the only Leadership and Innovation in Aging Studies bachelor’s degree offered in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
