Environmental Geology Courses & Curriculum
The BS degree in Environmental Geology provides a strong foundation in the study of the earth's physical systems and processes. This Environmental Geology degree provides a broad and general preparation in geology, focused especially on areas of environmental geology such as hydrology, geochemistry, paleoecology, and earth systems science. As you progress through the program, you will choose your focus from one of the environmental course package options depending on your career interest; archeological resource, cultural ecology, environmental geography, geographic information science, sustainability or water science. The flexibility and concentration of the major provides a great option to double major or minor in another field while still completing the degree in four years.
